We are different from other financing companies in that we do not utilize traditional bank lines of credit to fund our transactions. Bank lines can place restrictions on what deals can be approved. We pull money from the private sector allowing us to have complete control over who we approve for financing. It’s this flexibility that makes us so easy to work with.
